Shipping policy
*Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and ship out from our warehouse in Geneva, NY. High order volume, holidays, or weather may increase this time. You will receive an email with UPS tracking when your order ships out.
UPS Delivery:
UPS requires an adult signature for delivery of packages with alcohol.
WINE & CIDER
We can ship our wine and cider to NY, PA, NC, NH, NJ, OH, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, MN, VT, ME, MO, WV, DC, OR, WA, NV, MD, KY, AZ, MI, TX. We cannot ship over the max allowed by each state.
BEER
Beer can be shipped to NY, DC, PA, OH only. Orders with beer cannot include wine or cider, we make those under a different license and UPS said we can't ship them in the same package, not our rule but we have to follow it.
In Store Pickup:
Click here to see our hours. Orders are usually ready in 48 hours (with the exception of Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders). Pick up in wine store at Three Brothers Wineries, 623 Lerch Road, Geneva, NY 14456. Call 315-585-4432 if you have questions or need directions.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale
- In Store Pick Up - not be available same day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up is located in the building labeled “Wine Store.”
- Shipping - due to high demand orders placed during our Black Friday sale may take up to 10-14 days for delivery. You may get it sooner (consider yourself lucky if you do) but no guarantees. We will send UPS tracking when your order ships.
